4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payments in other currencies will be converted at the current exchange rate by the payment processor. We do not store credit card details on our servers; all payments are securely handled by international gateways (e.g., Payoneer, Visa/Mastercard).
5. Delivery Policy
Method: Since our products are digital services, there is no physical shipping. All reports, access data, and proof of work (backlink reports) are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout.
Timing: Due to the manual nature of high-quality technical audits and organic link building, standard delivery time is 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. For large-scale link building campaigns, timelines may extend to 14-30 days, which will be communicated clearly via email.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate website access credentials and necessary information for service delivery. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may extend delivery timelines without liability on our part.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We offer a 14-day refund policy under the following conditions:
- If the service was not initiated or delivered within the guaranteed timeframe
- If the delivered service does not match the technical specifications provided on the product page
Note on Link Building: Once a link is published on a third-party platform, a refund is not possible unless the link is removed within the first 30 days.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the materials for their own business purposes. Resale or redistribution of deliverables without written consent is prohibited.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
While we leverage 18+ years of digital marketing expertise to deliver top-tier results, SEO is subject to third-party search engine algorithms (e.g., Google). We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes, as these factors are beyond our direct control. Services are provided on an “as is” basis.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, third-party platform changes, or modifications in search engine policies.
